1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using [www.theartofstacey.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, photographs, text, and other content on the Site are owned by Stacey and/or Brian Skinness or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No license is granted except as explicitly stated.
3. Any resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited without written permission.
4. Purchasing Artwork & Prints
- All prices are in $USD
- Payment is processed securely via PayPal or Lightspeed
- Orders are accepted only when payment is confirmed.
- Physical items are normally shipped in 2-3 weeks.
- Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds- Original artwork and custom commissions are non-returnable, or refundable unless damaged in transit.
- Prints may be returned, subject to a Return Authorization, within 21 days of receipt for a 50% refund of the purchase price. Buyer pays return shipping
- Item must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a refund8. Commissions & Custom Work- 50 % non-refundable deposit is required to begin a commission.
- Final payment is due before delivery/shipping.
- Delivery dates are estimates; delays do not entitle the client to a refund of the deposit.
9. Image Licensing
